All our items carry a 15 days unconditional money back guarantee. All the
items must be returned unopened in it's original condition with the original
package and documentation. All opened products or unqualified for return will be
returned at customer's expense. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. All
refunds will be issued as store credit, no money will be returned.
Products marked as "On Sale" or "Red Tag Sale" can not be returned, only defective items may be exchange it with the same product.
Defective items must be returned in no more than 30 days after the day of
purchase. Please write to
email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
No returns will be accepted without a RMA number on the outside. Return postage
is at customer expense. All defective items will be replaced with the same
product, if for some reason the product is no longer in stock, a store credit
will be issued.
The guarantee for our products covers only manufacture defects. If the item
is damaged during transit and insurance was purchased, the insurance will cover
a replacement. We are not responsible for uninsured damaged or lost packages.
